  • Step 1 Melt the dark chocolate

    To make this classic coffee recipe, take a pan and add in dark chocolate cubes. once the chocolate cubes start melting, add in cocoa powder. Mix it together.

    • Step 2 Prepare the blend

      Once the cocoa powder and melted chocolate is mixed nicely. Add in 2 coffee shots along with heavy cream. Simmer the blend for 3-4 minutes, till it smooth and thick.

How To make Nutty Cookies Recipe

  • Step 1 Mix the dry ingredients

    In a bowl, add rolled oats, oats flour, refined flour, powdered sugar, baking soda, baking powder, raisins, crushed cashews and crushed almonds. Mix the dry ingredients well.

How to make Marshmallow Brownies

  • Step 1 Melt the chocolate

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. In a large bowl add chocolate and butter. Microwave them for 30 seconds. Take the bowl out, stir and again microwave for 30 seconds. Repeat this until the mixture is smooth.

How to make Fish Korma

  • Step 1 Marinate the fish

    Add all the fish fillets to a bowl. Sprinkle salt as per taste along with lime juice. Mix well to coat the pieces. Set it aside for 10 minutes.

  • Step 2 Fry the fish fillets

    Now heat 2 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan. Add the fish fillets to it and shallow fry until golden brown patches appear on them. Once cooked, take them out on a plate.

  • Step 3 Fry the onions

    Now take 1 onion and cut it into very thin slices. Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan. Add onion slices to it and fry until golden brown in colour. Once fried, take out the slices in a bowl and set aside for later usage.

  • Step 4 Saute the spices

    Now heat some oil in a pan. Add clove, cinnamon, cardamom and saute for a minute. Now add 2 chopped onions and saute them until they turn golden in colour. Lastly, add ginger paste, garlic paste, green chilli paste, coriander powder along with salt. Mix and saute for 2 more minutes.

  • Step 5 Add curd, cashew and raisin paste

    Now add curd to the pan and give a good mix. Saute for about 6-8 minutes. Now add cashew paste and raisin paste. Mix and saute for another 2-3 minutes.

  • Step 6 Make a curry

    Add 1/4 cup water to the pan and mix well. Saute the paste for about 5 minutes. Now add 1 cup of water to the paste and bring to a boil. This will form a nice and thick curry.

  • Step 7 Add fried fish

    Now add fried fish pieces to the curry paste along with garam masala and fried onions. Cook for one more minute and turn off the heat.

  • Step 8 Ready to be served

    Your Fish Korma is now ready to be served. Pair it up with Rice or Chapati and enjoy.

How to make Cheesy Hari Bhari Khichdi

  • Step 1 Sauté garlic and spring onion

    To prepare this cheesy khichdi, put a pressure cooker on medium flame and heat ghee in it. When the ghee is melted, add cumin seeds to it and allow it to splutter. Next, add chopped garlic to the cooker and sauté for 30 seconds. Add spring onion bulbs and sauté for just another minute,

  • Step 2 Pressure cook the rice, green gram with green peas

    Next, add green peas and green gram to the pressure cooker and mix well. Then, add salt along with rice and 3 cups of water to the cooker and cover with the lid. Pressure cook on medium flame till 4 whistles.

  • Step 3 Cook spinach puree and then add cheese

    Add spinach puree and spring onion greens, mix and cook for a minute. Add 1/2 cup water in it and mix well. Now, cook for 2 minutes. Add cheese in the cooker, stir well and cook for another minute. The cheesy khichdi is done.

Bhoger Mangsho Recipe

It’s that time of the year, when festive zeal can be felt everywhere. Durga Puja is around the corner and its time immerse your soul in the festive spirit and devotion. The essence of Durga Puja is incomplete without a delicious Bhoger Proshad and one dish that is traditionally offered as Bhog is Bhoger Mangsho. In Bengali cuisine, anything cooked without onion and garlic (most of the time) is termed as Niramish. As per the rituals, sacrificing ‘goat’ locally termed as“Boli” used to be quite common during Durga/Kali pujo. Then the sacrificed meat will be specially prepared and would be distributed as the “Prasad”. It is never prepared using Onion and Garlic. That’s why this unique preparation called‘Bhoger Mangsho’.

How to make Bhoger Mangsho

  • Step 1 Wash mutton and marinate

    Wash the mutton pieces and marinate with ginger, Curd, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder and rest in the fridge for around 6 hours.

  • Step 2 Marinate the potatoes

    Peel the potatoes and marinate with turmeric powder. Mix rest of the masala along with 10 ml mustard oil to make a thick paste.Heat remaining oil in a pan and fry potatoes till golden brown in color.

  • Step 3 Add oil to the pan

    Now add oil in a deep pan and add ghee to it. Add whole masalas into the mixed oil & ghee and cook for a minute. Add ginger paste to the mixture and cook for 2 minutes on low flame until the raw ginger smell goes away.

  • Step 4 Beat the curd

    Add the spice paste and sugar and cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame. Beat the curd and add to the mixture, cook until the oil separates. Add the marinated meat and cook in low flame for 10-15 minutes and add fried potatoes.

  • Step 5 Serve hot

    Add water to boil. Keep semi thick consistency (if require add water in between). Finally add garam masala powder and 1 Tsp. of ghee to finish.

How to make Keema Biryani

  • Step 1 Boil water in a pan

    Heat oil in a pan with a thick bottom and simultaneously boil approximately 2 litres of water in a vessel.

  • Step 2 Saute onions with whole spices and then cook keema in it

    Add onions to the oil, saute till translucent, gradually add cumin seeds, peppercorns, green cardamom, cloves and ginger-garlic paste and 2 tsp of chilli powder. Saute for 2 minutes, add minced meat, curd and salt to taste. Continue to saute till all the water gets soaked up and keema is 3/4 portion down.

  • Step 3 Boil rice with whole spices

    Once the water starts to boil, add bay leaves, green cardamom, star anise, and salt to taste. Then add washed rice, when rice is 60 per cent done, drain the water using the sieve.

  • Step 4 Spread the cooked keema on rice layer with fried onions, cook for 15-20 minutes and the Keema Biryani is ready

    Spread a layer of half of the rice in a big vessel. Put keema, some coriander and mint leaves, some masala and green chilli achar on top. Add the remaining rice to the top, add a little desi ghee and brown onions on top for the amazing fragrance, cover it with a lid and let it cook for 20 minutes on low flame. Serve with cucumber raita and enjoy.

How to make Cornitos Grilled Paneer Tacos with Salsa Dip

  • Step 1 Marinate Paneer mixture

    Marinate paneer with salt, white pepper powder, olive oil & keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
