  • Step 1 Saute the veggies

    Heat butter in a pan. Add chopped zucchini and red bell pepper. Saute for 1 min on medium flame. Now add corn and roast for another minute.

  • Step 2 Add the seasonings

    Now add red chilli powder, chilli flakes and salt as per taste. Give a good mix.

  • Step 3 Garnish and serve

How to make Chana and Boondi Chaat

  • Step 1 Saute the ingredients

    Heat oil in a non-stick kadhai, add cumin seeds, chopped green chillies and cook. Also, add boiled kale chane and sauté lightly on low heat.

  • Step 2 Add spices and roast

    Later add coriander powder, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, black salt and dried mango powder and sauté on low heat.

  • Step 3 Do the plating
