How to make Thai Steamed Corn Balls

  • Step 1 Boil and grind the corn

    Boil the corn in sufficient water for at least 5 minutes. Now drain the water, add the corn to a blender and blend to make a smooth paste. Try to use American corn, if possible.

How to make Dahi Kebab

  • Step 1 Mix the ingredients

    Take hung yogurt in a bowl, add chickpea flour, garam masala, white pepper powder, cardamom powder, marmalade and salt. Give a very good mix.

  • Step 2 Make kebabs

How to make Phar Phar Chicken Wings with Chilli Garlic Sauce

  • Step 1 Prepare the marinade for chicken wingsIn a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, Chinese five-spice powder, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade for the chicken wings.
  • Step 2 Marinate for some time

    Place the chicken wings in the bowl with the marinade and toss to coat them evenly. Let them marinate for a few minutes while you prepare the chilli garlic sauce.

  • Step 3 Make Chilli Garlic Sauce
