How to make Chicken Masala Fry

  • Step 1 Fry onions and chilies

    Heat oil in a pan and then add dry red chilli, green chillies, curry leaves and onions to it. Fry them until they turn golden in colour. Next, add ginger and garlic paste and fry till the mixture gets golden-brown in colour.

  • Step 2 Add the chicken pieces

    Now, add the chicken pieces to the mixture and fry the chicken till it loses all the moisture.

  • Step 1 Prepare the chicken

    Chop the boiled chicken into small pieces or shred them as per your convenience.
