  • Step 1 Ghee roast the coconut

How to make Mango Barfi

  • Step 1 Make mango paste

    Add 1 cup chopped mangoes along with 1/2 cup milk to a blender. Blend to form a smooth paste.

  • Step 2 Cooking process

    Take out the mango paste in a pan and keep it on medium heat. Add sugar and mix till it dissolves completely.

  • Step 3 Add coconut powder

    Now add coconut powder and mix well. Cook for about 20 minutes and stir after every one minute to prevent it from sticking at the bottom. You need to cook the mixture till it holds shape and leaves all the sides of the pan.
