How to make Cloud Omelette
Step 1 Separate egg whites and yolk
Take two different bowls. Crack open the eggs and add egg yolks in one bowl and the egg whites in another.
Step 2 Whisk well
Use an electric whisker and whisk the egg whites until foamy. Now add 2 tbsp water to the egg yolks and whisk them as well. Once done, make sure both your batters are creamy and foamy. Add salt and pepper as per taste in both mixtures.
Step 3 Cook it
Now add oil to a non-stick pan and pour the egg yolk mixture into it. Spread it a bit to make a circular shape. Cover with a lid and let it cook for a while. After 3-4 minutes, open the lid and pour the egg whites mixture on the prepared omelette and spread it well. Cover the lid again and let it cook for 3-4 minutes more.
Step 4 Ready to be served
Once cooked, transfer to a plate and fold it in half. Your Cloud Omelette is ready to be served.
