How to make Shivratri Raita

  • Step 1 Boil the potatoes of both kinds and beat the curd

    Start with boiling the potato and the sweet potato properly and cutting them into small pieces. Now beat the curd and let it rest for 2 minutes.

  • Step 2 Add in all the veggies and season with spices

    Chop all the vegetables in small chunks and add them to the curd. Add salt, red chilli powder and cumin powder and mix. You can garnish it with coriander leaves and roasted cumin seeds and mustard seeds that are tampered in oil. Your raita is ready to serve.
