How to make Broccoli Fried Rice
Step 1 Saute dry red chillies and garlic on a pan
Heat oil in a pan, then saute dry red chilies and garlic for about a minute on low flame.
Step 2 Add the veggies to the pan
Now, add onions, green chilies, and ginger. Saute for a minute on medium flame and then add bell peppers to the pan. Saute it again.
Step 3 Finally, add broccoli florets
Once the veggies are sautéed, add broccoli florets to the pan and sauté it for about 2 mins. Then add cooked rice, salt, soy sauce, and pepper. Mix it well and cook for about 5 mins.
Step 4 Serve the Broccoli Fried Rice hot
Garnish the fried rice with chopped coriander leaves. Your Broccoli Fried Rice is ready to serve hot. Enjoy the meal.
